MARKETS · SYSTEMS · GROWTH
The infrastructure
for growth.
AICONETWORKS develops digital sales and marketing structures for businesses in Germany – and supports Turkish companies looking to establish a foothold here, from the first market assessment to ongoing sales activity.
From market to customer. Growth does not come from a single campaign.
It takes shape when market insight, positioning, technology, sales and communication work together. Market analysis, market entry strategy, digital systems and processes form a structure that helps businesses acquire, manage and develop customer relationships over time.

Flow — Customer Operations
Every enquiry visible. Every commitment traceable.
Leads come from forms, WhatsApp, phone calls and ads – then disappear into inboxes. Flow brings them together in one pipeline, schedules follow-ups automatically and shows where each contact stands at any time.
— All channels in one view
— Follow-up reminders run automatically
— Appointments and proposals in the same history
— Response times and conversion rates are measurable
FLOW CASES
COSMOS SK — PRO ACADEMY TURKEY — BUILDING A SPORTS ECO SYSTEM
At the top in 36 months –
measured by managed contacts.
Today, 13,415 athlete contacts are managed in one system: enquiry, trial session, contract, renewal. No contact sits in an inbox, and no history depends on one person.
A sports ecosystem – clubs, schools, academies and brands, managed in Flow
Grow — Organic Growth
An editorial plan that still runs in month three.
Visibility comes through consistency, not a single campaign. Grow derives topics from real search data, plans them in a calendar, produces the content and publishes it on schedule – with a defined quality review beforehand.
— Topics based on search data
— A consistent calendar rhythm
— Review before every release
— Findable in search and AI systems
GROW CASES
AUTOGLAS BENDORF — KFZ-GLAS · BENDORF
Kein Kampf

Search Console of the business: the last 12 months compared with the 12 months before. Search terms counted from 30 impressions. Reviews: Google profile, as at 12 October 2026.
TradeOps — International Trade Operations
One shipment. Everyone working from the same information.
Seller, freight forwarder, customs agent, warehouse and buyer can otherwise work in isolation. TradeOps keeps documents, dates and status in one place – from collection day to handover.
— One point of contact instead of five
— Complete documents before the border
— Status visible to everyone involved
— Europe ↔ Türkiye, others on request
TRADEOPS CASES
SORA MAKINA — INDUSTRIAL AUCTIONS · NL · BE · FR · DE → TR · BG
94 lots. One month.
One process.
A winning bid is not yet transport. Between the Netherlands and Istanbul lie collection windows, forklifts and ramps, packing lists, EX-A, A.TR and a customs agent who needs the paperwork before the border — not afterwards. TradeOps brings these points together: one reference number, one contact, one status for everyone involved. The winning bid is the beginning, not the end.
Case files: the nine auction invoices are from the period 25 March to 13 April 2026. Lead time measured from the winning bid to arrival at the destination.
Core/AI — Artificial Intelligence & Automation
Build new systems. Make existing ones useful at last.
Core develops the applications and automations behind Flow, Grow and TradeOps – and builds them for companies with their own processes too. What already exists and works is connected rather than replaced.
— One week to the concept
— Four weeks to the prototype
— Four months to a system in live operation
— Every milestone is a decision point: what has been created by then remains yours
CORE/AI CASES
SORA MAKINA — PROCUREMENT · TRANSPORT · CUSTOMS IN ONE SYSTEM
One process
per machine.
A purchase that runs across four countries would otherwise live in spreadsheets, attachments and messages — and die there too. Core puts the process into one system: each machine becomes a card, each card knows its collection point, documents and customs route, and creates the next task itself. Only authorised people can see purchase prices and margins. What the system knows, no one needs to search for.
Build specification for the “Purchase / Transport / Customs” pipeline: stages, fields and processes are defined, not estimated.
APPROACH
A fast start, a dependable outcome. Three fixed milestones with a tangible deliverable – no open-ended timeline.
1 week
to the concept
Goal, scope and outcome are aligned and documented in writing. If you decide not to continue, the process stops here and you keep the concept.
4 weeks
to a prototype
A working version that lets you assess whether the solution is wanted, feasible and commercially viable – before budget is committed.
4 months
to completion
A system in live operation, documented and handed over. It then moves into ongoing support rather than being left unattended.
The system continues with ongoing support: maintenance, measurement and further development as needed. This is where most projects fail – not during the build, but afterwards.
FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
What clients want to know beforehand.
What exactly do the three milestones mean?
After one week, there is a concept: objective, scope, outcome and effort. After four weeks, there is a prototype that lets you use what had previously only been described. After four months, there is a system in live operation. Each milestone is an exit point: if you choose not to continue, you stop and keep what has been created up to that point.
Will you be tied to AICONETWORKS afterwards?
No. The source code, access credentials and documentation belong to you. Ongoing support is an option, not a condition — and can be cancelled.
Do you replace our existing tools?
Only where it makes financial sense. In most cases, connecting an existing system costs less and is more reliable than rebuilding it. Any replacement is justified in advance.
How does Core use artificial intelligence?
As a tool, not an end in itself. AI is used where it demonstrably reduces work — for example, when generating and checking text or extracting data from documents. Every step remains traceable, and where an error would be costly, a person makes the decision.
Who owns the data?
You do. Data remains in your systems or on servers you specify. Anything sent to external services is listed and justified in advance.
What happens if the prototype is not convincing?
The project ends there. That is the purpose of the prototype: to determine whether the solution is suitable before four months of effort are committed.
Do you also continue work on existing code?
Yes, provided it is documented or readable. The first step is an assessment: what the system does today, what is needed and what can be removed.
How is billing handled?
The concept phase and prototype have fixed prices, the build is delivered in agreed stages, and ongoing support is billed monthly. No open-ended billing without a cap.
