TRADEOPS  —  INTERNATIONAL TRADE & LOGISTICS OPERATIONS

One point of contact –
from pickup to handover.

TradeOps coordinates pickup, transport, documents and customs between the seller, freight forwarder, warehouse, customs agent and buyer – from the day of collection to handover at the destination.

PICKUP  ·  TRANSPORT  ·  DOCUMENTS  ·  CUSTOMS  ·  TRACKING  ·  DELIVERY

International transport rarely fails because of the vehicle. It fails at the interfaces.

Missing documents, unclear pickup conditions, incorrect vehicle planning, customs questions, changing contacts – or information that does not arrive where it is needed in time. TradeOps manages these interfaces and brings sellers, buyers, warehouses, freight forwarders and customs agents into one coordinated process.

APPROACH

Six steps. One point of contact.

01

Arrange collection

Collection location, contact person, time window and loading conditions are confirmed – along with the dimensions, weight and specific requirements of the goods.

02

Plan transport

The right arrangement is developed with logistics partners: from pallet shipments to machinery, oversized loads and special loading requirements.

03

Compile documents

Everything the shipment requires is collected and checked: commercial invoice, packing list, export declaration, A.TR, HS classification and shipping documents.

04

Coordinate customs

Coordination with customs agents on both sides ensures that the documents are complete before the border – not afterwards.

05

Track shipment

During transit, everyone involved knows where the goods are and what is changing in the schedule.

06

Support handover

The process remains open until handover at the destination – including the points between buyer, carrier and warehouse.

Not just arranging transport.
Managing the interfaces.

The seller does not know the carrier.

The carrier is waiting for documents.

The customs agent needs information.

The warehouse needs a time window.

The buyer wants to know where the goods are.

TradeOps connects these points.
