General information

This website can be used without providing personal data. Anyone who completes the contact form or writes an email provides data voluntarily. Such data are used exclusively to process the enquiry and are not analysed for other purposes, sold, or disclosed to third parties for advertising purposes.

The legal bases for processing are Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR (consent), Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (initiation or performance of a contract) and Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in the secure and functional operation of the website).

Hosting

This website is hosted by ALL-INKL.COM – Neue Medien Münnich, Inhaber René Münnich, Hauptstraße 68, 02742 Friedersdorf, Germany. The provider processes, on our behalf, the data generated when the pages are accessed. The basis is a data processing agreement pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR. The servers are located in Germany.

Server log files

When the website is accessed, data transmitted by your browser are automatically collected: page accessed, date and time, amount of data transferred, referring page, browser type and version, operating system, and IP address. These data are used for secure operation and error analysis, are not combined with other data sources, and are deleted after no more than seven days. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.

Cookies and storage in the browser

The website uses technically necessary cookies, for example to remember the language selection and to protect form entries against misuse. These cookies are necessary for operation; the legal basis is Section 25(2) TDDDG (Telecommunications Digital Services Data Protection Act) in conjunction with Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. Cookies that are not necessary are only set with your consent.

Contact form

The contact form on this website is operated using Gravity Forms software. The data are transmitted via our own server and not via a service provided by the manufacturer.

The following are processed: type of enquiry, first and last name, email address, company, market, your message, preferred response method and – only if you request a callback – your telephone number. The telephone number is used exclusively for the requested callback.

In addition, the system stores the time of submission and the IP address for security reasons. The information is stored in the website database and additionally transmitted to us by email. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR insofar as the enquiry serves the initiation of a contract; otherwise, Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR on the basis of your consent, which you may withdraw at any time with effect for the future.

The data remain stored until the enquiry has been finally processed and no statutory retention periods prevent their deletion.

Contact by email

If you write to us, your information will be stored for the purpose of processing the enquiry. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) or (f) GDPR. Please note that transmission of an unencrypted email is not protected against access by third parties.

Contact via WhatsApp

This website contains a button through which a chat in WhatsApp can be opened. A connection to WhatsApp is established only when the button is clicked; data are then transmitted to WhatsApp Ireland Limited. The button itself does not load content from WhatsApp. If you write via WhatsApp, WhatsApp's privacy policy also applies. The legal basis for contact is Art. 6(1)(a) and (b) GDPR.

Google Site Kit, Search Console and Analytics

This website uses the Site Kit plugin provided by Google Ireland Limited. It is used to analyse data from Google Search Console and – where activated – Google Analytics in order to understand which search terms and pages visitors use to arrive at the website.

Usage data, including a truncated IP address, may be transmitted to Google and processed in countries outside the European Union. The basis for the transfer is the European Commission's standard contractual clauses. Analysis takes place only with your consent pursuant to Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR; you may withdraw your consent at any time with effect for the future.

Fonts

The font used is delivered from our own server. When this website is accessed, no connection to Google Fonts or another external provider is established, and no IP address is transmitted to third parties.

Videos and media

Moving images and pictures on this website are hosted on our own server. No content from YouTube, Vimeo, or comparable services is embedded, and merely viewing the website does not establish a connection to third parties.

Recipients of the data

Only persons who require personal data to process your enquiry have access to them. In addition, service providers process data on our behalf, in particular the hosting provider and the email service. Data processing agreements pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR are in place with these providers.

Your rights

You have the right to obtain information about the data stored concerning you (Art. 15 GDPR), to rectification (Art. 16 GDPR), to erasure (Art. 17 GDPR), to restriction of processing (Art. 18 GDPR), to data portability (Art. 20 GDPR), and to object to processing based on a legitimate interest (Art. 21 GDPR). You may withdraw any consent given at any time with effect for the future.
